“The Pillars of Iman” or “Arkan Al-iman” refer to the elements forming the Islamic faith that every Muslim should understand and believe in. There are 6 pillars of Iman in Islam that derived from the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The most important Muslim practices are the Five Pillars of Islam. Shahadah: sincerely reciting the Muslim profession of faith. Salat: performing ritual prayers in the proper way five times each day. Zakat: paying an alms (or charity) tax to benefit the poor and the needy.

• LEVELS OF FAITH: Islam, Iman, and Ihsan are terms that Muslims often hear.
• 1-Islam: Islam is a religion whose followers are known as Muslims.
• Shahadat: The Shahadat (acceptance) that Allah alone shall be worshipped and the Prophet PBUH is his last messenger.
• Salah: to offer five obligatory prayers daily.

Thus the Day of Judgment, al-Qiyāmah, (also known as the Day of Reckoning or Resurrection, the Last Day, or the Hour) is one of the six articles of faith in Sunni Islam, and one of seven in Shia Islam.

Dīn (Arabic: دين‎, romanized: Dīn, also anglicized as Deen) is an Arabic word with three general senses: judgment, custom, and religion. It is used by both Arab Muslims and Christians.

IKHLAS—sincerity in Arabic—is the name conventionally given to the 112th sura of the Qurʾan. Its verses proclaim God’s radical oneness (tawhid), thereby establishing the axis upon which religious thought in Islam turns.

Alternate titles (Ar.) The Declaration of God’s Unity aka Sincerity (Arabic: الْإِخْلَاص, al-ikhlāṣ ) aka Monotheism (Arabic: التوحيد‎, al-tawḥīd), is the 112th chapter (sūrah) of the Quran.

“Istighfar” means to pray to Allah that He may protect the supplicant from the evil consequences and poisonous influences of their transgressions and misdeeds, both in this world and the hereafter. Astaghfirullah literally translates to “I seek forgiveness in God”.

Makkah

Imam Baihaqi in ‘Dala’il an-Nubuwwah’ has written that these suras were revealed together, and hence their combined name of al-Mu’awwidhatayn. There is a Sunnah tradition from Muhammad of reading them over the sick or before sleeping and they are also considered a healing.

Muhammad’s first revelation was an event described in Islamic tradition as taking place in AD 610, during which the Islamic prophet, Muhammad was visited by the angel Jibrīl, known as Gabriel in English, who revealed to him the beginnings of what would later become the Qur’an.
