King Slime is a bit of a pushover, making him an easy first boss. Queen Bee is one of the simplest Terraria bosses of them all, and you can summon her by destroying her larva within the underground jungle. You can also use an Abeemination anywhere in the jungle biome in order to spawn her straight away.

Destroyer, to me, is the easiest out of the three. Kill him right quick so you can at least get the steampunker and start controlling your hallow and corruption/crimson. Also, life fruit start to spawn in the jungle once a mechanical boss is defeated.

Here is generally the order:

1. King Slime (not always, it doesn’t appear that often)
2. Eye of Cthulhu.
3. Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu (Corruption or Crimson boss)
4. Skeletron.
5. Queen Bee.
6. Wall of Flesh.
7. The Destroyer.
8. The Twins.

Weapons: Either Clockwork Assault Rifle (Wall of Flesh drop) and party bullets or Minishark with Meteor Bullets. The former has more damage, but the latter is easier to get and can hit twice with each bullet, which is really useful against the destroyer.

A Corrupt enemy (such as the Corruptor) will not drop Souls of Night unless 200 or more Ebonstone Blocks are present. Enemies that do not spawn in the area, but simply followed the player there, may still drop Souls.

Alternatively, using magic, The Mimic can be frozen using ice spells or Entangle evading the melee attack completely. Powered staves can then be used to quickly kill The Mimic. Although The Mimic is weak to Magic, players can also opt to use Ranged with a toxic blowpipe.
